PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS “DAMM-PORT AVENTURA”1. ORGANIZER AND PURPOSE OF THE PROMOTION
S.A. DAMM, with its registered office at c/ Roselló, 515 and Tax ID number A08000820, organizes a promotion called “DAMM-PORT AVENTURA” (hereinafter referred to as the “PROMOTION”), with the aim of incentivizing the consumption and promotion of products marketed under the brand “XIBECA,” owned and registered by S.A. DAMM. This promotion will be governed by the following Terms and Conditions.
2. TEMPORAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION
The promotion will begin and be communicated at the point of sale on August 1, 2024, and will end on December 31, 2024.
Participation requests submitted after the aforementioned end date will not be accepted.
3. TERRITORIAL SCOPE OF THE PROMOTION
This promotion will apply to the regions of Catalonia, Aragon, and the province of Castellón.
4. ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS
The promotion is open to consumers of “XIBECA” beers.
Employees of S.A. DAMM, distributors, and their family members are expressly excluded from participating in this PROMOTION, as well as any other individuals directly or indirectly related to the creation and execution of the PROMOTION.
To participate in the PROMOTION, users must be over 18 years old and residents in Spanish territory.
Participations that do not meet these requirements will be automatically discarded.
5. PROMOTION MECHANICS
The mechanics of this promotion are as follows:
Starting from August 1, 2024, participating consumers must purchase either: 3 promotional collars from the one-liter format, 6 promotional cans or 2 promotional packs of 6 bottles (25cl each) of the brand “XIBECA”. Consumers should register on the website www.damm.com/xibecapromo and from the same date (August 1, 2024) they can enter the PIN found on the back of the promotional ring pull tab of the can, the back of the promotional collar of the one-liter bottle, or the back of the promotional pack of 6 bottles (25cl) to receive a €20 discount voucher for online redemption via the website www.portaventuraworld.com (not applicable at the Port Aventura Park ticket booths). Participants can enter the PINs until December 31, 2024, and redeem the discount until January 6, 2025. The discount is valid only for adult one-day entry to PortAventura Park or combined entry to PortAventura Park + Ferrari Land (not valid for access to any other park or facility within PortAventura World). The promotion cannot be combined with other offers and/or promotions. Only one €20 discount can be redeemed per person per day. The promotion is exclusively valid on the opening days of the 2024 season at PortAventura World, and the season closing date will be January 6, 2025 (subject to change), which can be checked at https://www.portaventuraworld.com/ca/entrades/collectius-descomptes. Dates are subject to change. The promotional PIN can be redeemed only once. It is not exchangeable for its cash value and its sale is prohibited. The promotion is not valid for minors.
Participants can obtain a maximum of 3 discount vouchers per National Identity Document (DNI), provided each participation corresponds to 3 promotional collars from the one-liter format, 6 promotional cans, or 2 promotional packs of 6 bottles (25cl) of the brand “XIBECA.”
The “Discount Voucher” will be sent via email to the registered email address. An alphanumeric code will be provided for redeeming the discount when purchasing tickets online.
To redeem the discount online, follow these steps:
- Access the ticket purchase section on the website: www.portaventuraworld.com
- Choose either a one-day entry to PortAventura Park or a combined entry to Port Aventura Park + Ferrari Land.
- Enter the unique code provided.
- Follow the instructions, and the discount will be applied to the final purchase price.
- The discount code is valid only once, and each code can be used for purchasing either a one-day entry to PortAventura Park or a combined entry to Port Aventura Park + Ferrari Land.
- The purchasing process does not allow multiple codes to be entered simultaneously; only one code per purchase for either a one-day entry to PortAventura Park or a combined entry to Port Aventura Park + Ferrari Land.
- The promotion is exclusively valid on the opening days of the 2024 season at PortAventura World, which can be checked at this link, subject to the calendar and opening hours of PortAventura Park. Dates are subject to change.
- Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or promotions. The sale of discounts is prohibited, and they are not exchangeable for cash value.
The information for participants in this promotion is contained in the promotional design of the various promotional formats.
8. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
S.A. DAMM’s promotions are governed by the current legislation in Spain.
For any dispute arising from the interpretation and application of these terms, both S.A. DAMM and the participants in this PROMOTION submit to the competent Courts and Tribunals.
S.A. DAMM reserves the right to take legal action against individuals who engage in any acts that could be considered manipulation or falsification of the PROMOTION.
9. ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS
Potential participants are informed that merely taking part in the PROMOTION implies full acceptance of these terms. Any contrary expression by a participant will result in their exclusion from the PROMOTION, and S.A. DAMM will be released from fulfilling any obligations toward that participant.
The terms of this PROMOTION are deposited with the Notary of the Illustrious Official College of Barcelona, Mr. Jose-Alberto Marín Sánchez, at Calle Diputació, 268, entlo, and are freely available to consumers.
