DAURA, THE TASTE OF A REAL BEER
Damm Master Brewers and the gluten department of the Spanish National Research Council (CSIC) gave great news to the world. Together they developed one of the first crafted to remove gluten beer.
Daura maintains the flavour of real beers as it is made with the same main ingredient: barley malt.

ENZYMATIC HYDROLYZATION PROCESS
Gluten is a protein. During the manufacturing phase the chain of gluten is broken through a process of enzymatic hydrolyzation and protein precipitation, obtaining a final product that is suitable for coeliacs.

Our guarantee less than 20ppm: each batch is analyzed and certified by the CSIC using the R5 Competitive ELISA test before hitting the market. This way, we ensure that its gluten content is always below 20ppm*.

* The Codex Alimentarius considers a product with less than 20 ppm suitable for coeliacs.
DAURA TASTING NOTES
Daura is a golden colour with shades of amber and slight hints of green. It is clean and sparkling. The head is cream-coloured and long lasting. The abundant bubbles are delicate and lively. The generous aroma is of fresh spices.

DAURA ipa TASTING NOTES
A very hoppy beer, intensely bitter with notes of fresh citrus and ripe fruit. With pale, light-coloured malts which are dried and roasted at a low temperature. A beer that pairs perfectly with strong & intense meals.
